1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Project-Based Services

If you wish to cancel a service-based project, please notify us via email at info@raushang4.tech or by calling +91-93049 95677.
Cancellations are subject to review and may incur a cancellation fee depending on the project stage and terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.

1.2 Product Orders

Cancellations of product orders (such as IoT devices and gateways) are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

2.2 Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, such as custom-configured devices or items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In cases where a product return is not feasible, such as digital services or custom-configured devices, we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if the returned product shows signs of wear or is missing components. In such cases, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

3.3 Service Refunds

For service-based projects, refunds will only be issued based on project milestones and pre-established terms in the service agreement.
